Title: "Worth the trip but not without issue"

Score: 7.5 out of 10

Definitely be prepared for a wait if you go Friday or Saturday but that's not a complaint, just a warning. I like how they do their group numbering system so you know when you're almost ready to go up. The trail itself was a lot longer than I expected and most of the actors were great. I had one in the beginning repeatedly pull my hood down and only stopped when I yelled that they weren't supposed to touch us. And a guy with a chainsaw touched his prop to my husband and son. We followed the no touching rule. They should too. The woman at the food shed was taking money and touching food with the same ungloved hands which was truly disgusting. You can't be serving that many people food with such an egregious food safety violation. And there needs to be more security present at an event this popular. There were lots of teens who were saying heinous things around my young children and just sitting on playground equipment so my kids couldn't play on them during our over hour wait for the trail. Not a complaint on the event, just a warning to patents. My complaint was there was physical fighting in the corner of the playground and no security in sight to stop it. We may go again next year but it'll be early Thursday to avoid huge crowds and we'll make sure to eat before going.

Features Noticed: Food/Concessions, Queue Actors/Entertainment
Suggestions for the Attraction: More security and have gloves at the food shed and make sure they're used. A fire started to spread outside the fire pit while we were on the trail. It was put out but only after I said something about it. Fires near lots of dry leaves, wood, and people must be closely watched. And tell actors that if they see someone else touching the people in the trail to SAY SOMETHING to them. Hold each other accountable so the trail is fun and safe for everyone.
