We arrived at 6:40 - 20 minutes before our time. We waited an hour and forty five minutes with about forty five minutes ahead and decided to bail. No concessions. No food. There were a couple actors engaging with the queue, but it wasn’t enough to keep us. If we waited two and a half hours for the likely mild scare, it would have been psychically devastating.

Suggestions for the Attraction: Issue tickets for time slots so that people don’t spend hours waiting in line.

Love the Nightmare Factory!! Been coming here for years. Every year is a new haunt and never disappoints. Not super scary but enough thrill and fright, you will want to go back next year!!
